Position Overview
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support project teams in measuring program effectiveness, ensuring data quality, tracking key performance indicators, and strengthening organizational learning. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project monitoring plans and indicator tracking systems.

Educational Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Development Management, Statistics, Public Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related discipline.
- Certification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, GIS, or Project Management is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, data analysis, accountability, or program performance management.
- Previous experience with humanitarian or donor-funded projects preferred.
- Experience working with international NGOs or UN-funded programs is advantageous.
