Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in shaping the workforce and organizational culture at our Atbara office. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance with local labor laws. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business a goal.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality talent to the firm.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Sudan.
- Manage payroll administration and benefits programs effectively.

Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Sudanese labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data-driven decision-making.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment. Proven experience in managing a team and handling complex organizational changes is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package designed to attract the best talent in the region.
