Job Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Aviation Safety Auditor to join our technical compliance team in Blue Nile. This critical role is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of maintenance procedures, personnel training records, and facility equipment to ensure strict adherence to international aviation regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities

- Identify non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans (CAPs) for technical teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to update safety management systems (SMS).
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor the implementation of safety protocols across all technical departments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in aviation safety auditing or quality assurance within an MRO environment. Proven experience working with international aviation regulatory frameworks is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical certifications.
