Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metallurgical Engineer to lead our mineral processing optimization initiatives in the Blue Nile region. This role is critical to our operations, focusing on maximizing recovery rates and improving the efficiency of our smelting and refining processes. The successful candidate will oversee complex metallurgical testing, design new processing circuits, and manage large-scale technical projects. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of mineralogy, chemical reactions, and industrial-scale equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced mineral processing circuits to optimize ore recovery.

  • Develop and implement cost-effective metallurgical strategies to reduce reagent consumption.

Education
