Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in White Nile. This critical role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex employee relations, talent management, and organizational design within our professional services framework. Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic business partnering role, preferably within professional services or a large-scale corporate environment.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
