Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our premium commercial properties in the Blue Nile region. This role is critical to ensuring that our clients’ assets are maintained to the highest standards of operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale maintenance programs, coordinating with multiple service providers, and implementing sustainable facility practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies to optimize building performance and lifecycle.
• Oversee all hard and soft services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and cleaning.
• Manage large-scale vendor contracts and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Manage the annual facilities budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost-control measures.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of technicians and administrative staff to achieve operational goals.
• Implement energy-efficient technologies and sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of managed assets.

Required Skills

Salary
