Job Overview

The Network Solutions Architect will design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end network solutions that meet the evolving needs of Huawei’s customers in Sudan. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, high‑performance network architectures for enterprise and carrier customers.
• Develop detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, bill of materials, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field engineers during deployment and integration phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance modeling, and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and cloud‑native networking to incorporate innovative features.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concept (PoC) projects and pilot deployments to validate solution designs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and Huawei’s internal quality guidelines.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Huawei network equipment and software platforms.
• Proficiency in network design tools (e.g., Visio, NetSim, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is required. Advanced certifications such as Huawei Certified Network Expert (HCNE), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience

Applicants must have 5‑7 years of proven experience in network architecture, solution design, and implementation within the telecommunications industry. Experience in the Sudanese market or similar emerging markets will be considered an advantage.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this position is SSP 150,000 to 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
