Job Description

Zain Sudan is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to expand its telecommunications services across Khartoum North and neighboring regions. This role focuses on increasing customer acquisition, growing mobile subscriptions, promoting data and voice services, and maintaining strong retail and corporate partnerships.

The Territory Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop and implement effective territory sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure optimal coverage and visibility of Zain’s products and services.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Track sales performance, KPIs, and territory metrics

Implement product promotions, trade marketing, and campaigns to boost visibility

Identify and pursue new customer acquisition and retention strategies

Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility in retail outlets

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights

Train and support retail teams to improve product knowledge and sales efficiency

Collaborate with operations to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

Required Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in telecommunications sales, FMCG, or retail distribution

Strong negotiation, client management, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics

Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
