Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies for geothermal energy projects in Nyala and surrounding regions.
  • Design and optimize geothermal power generation systems, including drilling and heat exchange technologies.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to secure project approvals.
  • Monitor and maintain geothermal plant performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with environmental standards.
  • Develop technical reports and presentations for project funding and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in geothermal energy systems, including resource assessment and power plant design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and geothermal modeling tools (e.g., GeoFlow, EGSim).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in multi-disciplinary teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geothermal, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Salary
