Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Manage departmental budgets, food costs, and labor expenses to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement innovative menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
