Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless content delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on all digital learning materials to ensure functionality and accessibility.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, English Literature, or a related field is required. Certification in digital pedagogy or specialized e-learning software is highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, instructional design, or educational technology. Proven experience in developing curriculum for remote learners is essential for success in this role.

Salary
