Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing hub in Blue Nile. This role is critical to our supply chain operations, ensuring that we secure the highest quality raw materials and packaging components at the most competitive prices. The successful candidate will manage complex supplier relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that align with our sustainability goals. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, cost management, and risk mitigation within the manufacturing sector. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement lifecycle, from initial vendor identification to final contract execution, ensuring seamless production continuity for our diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials and packaging.
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms and pricing with local and international suppliers.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance audits to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
  • Analyze market trends and commodity pricing to anticipate supply chain disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing and quality assurance teams to optimize material specifications.

Education

Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of managing large-scale supplier contracts and delivering significant cost savings is essential.

Salary
