Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metallurgical Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing facility in Gash. This role is critical to our production lifecycle, focusing on the chemical and physical properties of metals used in our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will oversee complex smelting and refining operations, ensuring that all outputs meet rigorous quality specifications. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards for steel and non-ferrous metal production.

Education
A Master of Science (MSc) in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field is mandatory. A PhD is highly preferred for this senior-level position.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a large-scale metallurgical or steel manufacturing plant is required. Proven track record in process optimization and managing complex industrial chemical processes is essential.
Salary
