Job Overview
The Project Controls Engineer will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Kosti, supporting the planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring of large‑scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and generate performance reports for senior management.
- Control project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast cash flow requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Implement risk management processes, assess potential impacts, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) to evaluate cost and schedule performance.
- Prepare regular dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Support change order evaluation and impact assessment on schedule and cost.
- Ensure compliance with Arab Contractors’ quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in project controls.
