Job Overview:As a Digital Accessibility Consultant at Adobe Systems International Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital products and services are accessible to people with disabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accessibility issues, develop and implement accessibility strategies, and provide training and support to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility in product development
  • Provide training and support to employees and customers on accessibility best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging accessibility technologies and trends

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience:5-8 years of experience in digital accessibility, preferably in a software development or consulting role
