Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geological Data Analyst to join our team in El Fasher, Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting geological data to support our research and advisory work. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international organization and to contribute to the development of our knowledge and expertise in geology and geospatial technology.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in geology and geospatial technology, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and interpret geological data to support research and advisory work
- Develop and maintain databases and other information systems to support data management and analysis
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and partners on geological data analysis and interpretation
- Contribute to the development of our knowledge and expertise in geology and geospatial technology
Required Skills
- Strong background in geology and geospatial technology
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field
