Job Overview:Oracle Sudan is seeking a highly skilled Geomatics Research Scientist to join our team. - Conduct research and development in the field of geomatics, with a focus on developing new technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform research and development activities.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including reports, papers, and presentations.
- Participate in the development of business cases and proposals for new research and development projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, including geospatial data analytics and visualization tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry certifications and training, and maintain relevant certifications as required.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Geomatics or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in geomatics research and development.
- Strong background in geomatics, including geospatial data analytics and visualization.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to design and conduct experiments and analyze data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform research and development activities.
