Job Overview
The Guest Experience Manager will lead the Guest Services department at Hilton’s new Shendi property, ensuring every guest receives personalized, memorable service from check‑in to check‑out. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of front‑desk and concierge staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
