Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sudanese labor laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Sudanese labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS and performance management tools

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.

Salary

The salary range for this position is SDG 50,000 – 80,000 per month.
