Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership to ensure that workforce systems effectively support humanitarian programming in Sudan.
The successful candidate will oversee:

HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HR information systems such as Bamboo.
- Prepare workforce analytics and HR reports for management.
- Monitor staffing trends, workforce risks, and HR performance indicators.
Leadership & Compliance
- Serve as an ethical leader and role model.
- Support safeguarding investigations and incident management.
