1. Human Resources Policy & Compliance
- Support the HR Coordinator in implementing national HR policies and procedures.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

3. Staff Development & Performance Management
- Support the implementation of staff training and professional development programs.

- Lead regular performance management processes and staff evaluations.

Salary Package
- Starting Salary: From EUR 2,310 gross per month
- Base Salary: EUR 2,100
