Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and performance benchmarking.
- Develop financial models, cost‑benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support strategic decision‑making.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and align solutions with client objectives.
- Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

Required Skills
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Sudanese regulatory environment and market dynamics is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree (MBA or related) are highly regarded.
Experience
Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a related advisory role. Experience within the Sudanese market or in emerging economies is advantageous.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 120,000 to SSP 180,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses may be awarded.
