Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our growing legal team in Blue Nile. This role is critical for supporting our diverse client base in navigating the complex legal landscape of Sudan. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, providing legal opinions on regulatory compliance, and advising on corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, including joint ventures, licensing, and distribution contracts.
