Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Curriculum Development Specialist to lead our educational reform initiatives in the Blue Nile region. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and evaluating modern pedagogical frameworks that align with international standards while remaining culturally relevant to the local context. The successful candidate will work closely with government officials, local educators, and international stakeholders to ensure that educational content is inclusive, accessible, and forward-thinking. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive curriculum frameworks for primary and secondary education levels.

Candidates must possess at least seven years of professional experience in curriculum design, ideally within an international NGO or a large-scale educational institution. Proven experience in working within the East African educational landscape is a significant advantage.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
