Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Petroleum Geophysicist to lead our subsurface imaging and seismic interpretation efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data sets.

• Supervise junior geophysicists and provide technical mentorship within the exploration department.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in seismic interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Landmark, or similar).

Education

A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a closely related field is required. A PhD is highly preferred for this senior-level position. Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background in seismic stratigraphy and structural geology.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in petroleum geophysics, specifically within oil and gas exploration. Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the probationary period.
