Job Overview
The Senior Urban Planning Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Damazin and surrounding regions. This role involves leading large-scale urban development projects, from initial feasibility studies to final implementation strategies. You will be responsible for designing integrated land-use plans that balance economic growth with environmental sustainability and social equity. This position requires a deep understanding of local zoning laws, infrastructure requirements, and the socio-economic landscape of the Blue Nile region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive urban master plans for municipal authorities.
- Conduct detailed site analyses and environmental impact assessments for new developments.

- Oversee the integration of transportation, water, and energy networks into urban designs.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior planners and engineers within the regional team.
Required Skills

Education

Experience
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in urban planning or large-scale infrastructure consultancy is required. Proven experience working on public-sector projects in developing economies is a significant advantage. Salary
