Job Overview
This role focuses on designing and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain resilience in Sudan’s dynamic economic environment. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, optimize distribution networks, and ensure seamless operations across DHL’s regional logistics hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain risk mitigation strategies for DHL’s Sudan operations
- Analyze market disruptions and implement contingency plans for critical supply routes
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to optimize inventory management systems
- Monitor global trade policies and their impact on Sudan’s logistics sector
- Lead training programs for local teams on supply chain best practices
Required Skills
- Expertise in supply chain risk assessment and business continuity planning
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle SCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA/MS) preferred.
Experience

Salary
