Job Overview
The Network Optimization Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the performance, reliability, and efficiency of Orange Sudan’s mobile and fixed‑line networks. You will analyze network data, design optimization strategies, and implement solutions that improve coverage, capacity, and quality of service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive network performance analysis using drive‑test, KPI monitoring, and simulation tools.

- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and network slicing to recommend future enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in network performance tools (e.g., Atoll, TEMS, NetAct).
- In‑depth knowledge of LTE/5G architecture, protocols, and optimization techniques.

Education
