Job Overview

The Airport Operations Manager will oversee all ground‑handling activities at Khartoum International Airport, ensuring seamless coordination between airlines, airport authorities, and service providers. • Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, and Sudan Civil Aviation Authority regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs, emergency response plans, and safety management systems.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, security agencies, and third‑party service providers to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, on‑time performance, and customer satisfaction, and report findings to senior management.
