The Environmental Compliance Officer will lead the implementation and monitoring of environmental policies, ensuring that all mining activities comply with Sudanese regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and environmental audits to identify non‑compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate environmental reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate remediation and mitigation measures for identified environmental impacts.

• Engage with local communities and NGOs to address environmental concerns and promote transparency.
• Monitor waste management, water usage, air emissions, and biodiversity impacts, recommending improvements where needed.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Sudanese environmental legislation and international mining standards (e.g., ISO 14001).

Education
