Position Overview

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a skilled Finance HR Administration Officer to manage integrated financial operations, human resources processes, and administrative support functions in Sudan.

This role ensures compliance with donor regulations, supports payroll and budgeting processes, and strengthens HR systems including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare. Key Responsibilities

Finance Management Duties

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIPD) is an added advantage.
  • Training in NGO finance systems preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or HR administration roles.
  • Experience working in NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Experience in payroll management and compliance reporting.
