Key Responsibilities
Finance Management Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Training in NGO finance systems preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or HR administration roles.
- Experience working in NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Experience in payroll management and compliance reporting.
