Job Overview

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Supervisor will lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for real‑time monitoring, fault detection, and resolution of MTN Sudan’s core and access networks. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance using advanced OSS/BSS tools, promptly identifying and escalating faults.
  • Coordinate incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and update network documentation, SOPs, and escalation matrices.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of telecom network architectures (LTE, 5G, IP/MPLS, microwave, fiber).
  • Proficiency with network monitoring platforms (e.g., NetAct, OSS, NMS).

Education
