Job Overview

The Marine Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end movement of cargo through maritime channels, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all required shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and cargo manifests.
• Monitor cargo movement through Maersk’s digital platforms, providing real‑time updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, local customs laws, and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, cargo discrepancies, and documentation errors promptly.
• Collaborate with inland transport partners to arrange seamless multimodal connections for cargo pickup and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel schedules, cargo volumes, and performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of maritime logistics, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
