The Partnership Manager will play a strategic role in strengthening partnerships and supporting programme implementation through effective partner engagement, due diligence, capacity building, compliance monitoring, and grants coordination.

Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

Objective 1: Partnership Management

The selected candidate will:

  • Support the complete partnership management cycle, including:
    • Partner identification
    • Partner assessment and due diligence
    • Partnership agreement development
    • Sub-award management
    • Risk management
    • Monitoring and accountability
    • Partnership closure
  • Conduct and co-lead Partner Due Diligence (PDD) processes and capacity analysis.
  • Review partner proposals, project plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate partnership agreement preparation based on donor and project requirements.
  • Liaise with headquarters for approvals and documentation review.
  • Facilitate:
    • Partnership kick-off meetings
    • Review meetings

  • Ensure timely partner payments in collaboration with finance teams.

  • At least 2 years of direct partnership management experience in humanitarian settings
  • Proven experience working with:
