Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production optimization plans for oil and gas wells.
• Monitor real‑time production data and perform diagnostic analyses to identify performance issues.
• Collaborate with drilling engineers to design well completions that enhance flow efficiency.
• Conduct reservoir simulations and forecasting to support field development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all production activities.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.

Experience

Candidates must have 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in petroleum production engineering, preferably within on‑shore oil fields. Experience with artificial lift systems, well testing, and production logging is highly valued.

Salary
