Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, renewable energy, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The position will be based in El Obeid, Sudan and will require frequent travel to project sites throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power
- Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, and local communities
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, renewable energy, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
