Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with global regulations.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps).

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to proactively mitigate emerging threats.

Required Skills

• Expertise in designing Zero Trust architectures and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
• Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols and secure communication standards.
• Strong ability to automate security workflows using Python or PowerShell.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related engineering field is mandatory. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and significant specialized certifications will be considered.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture is required. Proven experience in managing large-scale security deployments and leading incident response teams is highly desirable. Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 1,800,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical certifications. This competitive package reflects the high level of specialization required for this role.
