Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our luxury establishment. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain rigorous service standards across all departments to uphold the Hilton brand reputation.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads and frontline staff.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Salary
