Job Overview

Program Strategy & Planning

The selected candidate will:

  • Maintain procurement request trackers.

  • Ensure cost efficiency and value for money across interventions.

Human Resource Management

The role includes:

  • Conducting weekly staff performance meetings.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Resolving disciplinary issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
