Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead user experience initiatives for our regional digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that our digital solutions are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and accessible to a diverse user base. This role is critical for our expansion strategy in the region, as you will help shape how millions of users interact with our creative suites. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for complex digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Required Skills

• Exceptional visual communication skills and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive and simple user interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address user pain points through design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a design-related discipline is highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a software or technology-driven company. A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience processes and successful product launches is mandatory.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This is a competitive package designed to attract the best talent in the region.
