Job Overview
The Structural Engineering Project Manager will lead the design, planning, and execution of complex structural projects within the Port Sudan region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and engineering of large‑scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to integrate structural solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise construction activities, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
- Implement quality assurance and control procedures to guarantee structural integrity and safety.

Required Skills
- Proven expertise in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.

Education

Experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least three (3) years in a project management capacity on infrastructure or commercial projects.
Salary
