Job Overview

The Subsea Engineering Manager will lead the design, installation, and maintenance of subsea systems for offshore projects in Sudan.   • Deep expertise in subsea engineering, including pipeline design, flow assurance, and ROV operations.
  • Strong project management abilities with proven experience delivering large‑scale offshore projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of making data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as CAEPIPE, ANSYS, and subsea design tools.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across multicultural teams.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Petroleum Engineering is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, API) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in subsea engineering, with at least five years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Experience working on projects in the Middle East or Africa, particularly in Sudan, will be viewed favorably.
