Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
