Job Overview

The Network Optimization Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing Orange Sudan’s radio access network (RAN) and core transport layers. Reporting to the Head of Network Engineering, the incumbent will lead performance monitoring, drive capacity planning, and implement optimization strategies to ensure superior quality of service (QoS) for millions of subscribers. Key Responsibilities

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Nokia NRS, or equivalent) are highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in network optimization, RF planning, or performance engineering within a telecom operator or a major equipment vendor. Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in network KPIs is essential.

Salary
