Job Overview

The Process Development Engineer will join the Research & Development department to design, optimize, and scale chemical processes that meet BASF’s high standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes from pilot to full‑scale production, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct experimental design, data analysis, and process simulations to improve yield, purity, and cost efficiency.

• Prepare technical documentation, process specifications, and standard operating procedures for new and existing products.

Education
