Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Mining Operations Manager to oversee our large-scale extraction projects in the Abu Hamad region. This critical role involves managing complex production cycles, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and optimizing resource allocation to meet ambitious production targets. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily mining operations to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

- Manage large-scale operational budgets and control costs through strategic resource management.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
- Coordinate with geological and geotechnical teams to ensure stable and productive extraction.

Salary
