Job Overview

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across all construction projects undertaken by Arab Contractors in Sudan. Reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, the role is responsible for establishing BIM standards, coordinating multidisciplinary model integration, and ensuring that digital workflows enhance project efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate 3D model creation, clash detection, and resolution across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
• Lead BIM workshops and training sessions for project teams, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to integrate BIM data into scheduling, cost estimating, and facility management processes.
