Job Overview

The Guest Services Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the reception, concierge, and guest relations departments, implementing service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will collaborate closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and sales teams to coordinate guest experiences from check‑in to check‑out. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver high‑quality service in line with Accor standards.
  • Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out procedures, reservations, and billing.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Develop and implement service training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and sales departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, guest satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Participate in local community outreach and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Education

Salary
