Job Overview
The Data Center Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our data center in Omdurman, Sudan. This will include managing the data center’s infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and providing excellent service to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in data center operations, and a good understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. They will be a strong leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the data center, including the infrastructure, systems, and staff
- Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Provide excellent service to customers, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing technical support
- Manage and motivate a team of data center staff, including technicians, engineers, and other support staff
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the data center is running efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that the data center is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals

- Strong technical background, with experience in data center operations

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
