Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine master production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and market demand.
  • Coordinate closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of components, managing safety stock levels and lead‑time variability.
  • Monitor daily production performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to meet on‑time delivery targets.
  • Lead cross‑functional Kaizen events focused on reducing waste, improving cycle times, and enhancing overall plant efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced ERP and APS tools to generate accurate capacity plans, material requirements, and bottleneck analyses.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as OEE, inventory turnover, and schedule adherence.
  • Mentor and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of problem‑solving, data‑driven decision making, and continuous learning.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SAP PP, or equivalent production planning software.
  • In‑depth knowledge of lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse functional teams.

Education
